About The Position

Ellie Mental Health Waukesha is seeking a fully licensed LPC or LCSW who is passionate about providing therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5+) in a supportive outpatient setting. Requirements

  • Fully licensed LPC or LCSW (or Wisconsin equivalent)
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or another behavioral health field from an accredited program
  • Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5+)
  • Enjoys working with families
  • Organized, completes documentation in a timely manner, and maintains strong clinical boundaries
  • Values collaboration, authenticity, and being part of a supportive team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with play therapy, trauma-informed care, ADHD, anxiety, behavioral concerns, neurodivergent clients, or family therapy

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their families
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Utilize developmentally appropriate, evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, pediatricians, and other providers as clinically appropriate
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
