Child and Adolescent Therapist - LCSW, LPC, LMFT

Requirements
- Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT or LCSW in New Jersey.
- One (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients.
- One (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
- Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends.
- Skilled in facilitating both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions with strong technical proficiency (Google Suite, EMR systems, virtual platforms).
- Proactive problem-solver with strong clinical judgment and excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Dedicated to high-touch, comprehensive care, not just clinical sessions, but true partnership with families and caregivers.
- Collaborative team player who values clinical consultation, feedback, and professional growth.

- Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable as a 1099 contractor).
Responsibilities
- Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26), building strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress.
- Invest in patient relationships by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients.
- Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with other specialty providers.
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records.
- Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate.
