W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 administrative hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Hybrid (virtual and in-person) with a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week onsite. Compensation & Benefits Total Earning Potential: Up to $100,000+ annually This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential— a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest. Base Salary: $50,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week) Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling 17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours per week Additional Earnings: Earn $80 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload, giving you flexibility to increase income based on availability and interest.
