Requirements

• Fully licensed in the state of Kentucky.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC).
• Unencumbered DEA.
• Experienced in medication management.
• Experienced in psychotherapy.
• Experienced in working with children & adolescents or across the lifespan.
• Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and psychotherapy to children and adolescents.
• Collaborate with mid-levels (optional).
• Work in an outpatient care setting, either in-person or via telemedicine.
