About The Position

LifeStance Health is the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, and we are seeking Psychiatrists to join our clinical team. We offer flexible work schedules, 100% outpatient work with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. We provide telemedicine and in-person flexibility, with top compensation that can exceed $345,000 - $385,000/year with no cap, based on a productivity model. A sign-on bonus and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, 401k (with match), paid parental leave, and EAP are offered. Additional compensation is available for collaboration with mid-levels (optional). Requirements

Fully licensed in the state of Kentucky
BE/BC
Unencumbered DEA
Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy
Experienced in working with children & adolescents or across the lifespan
Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s)
