Requirements
- Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the State of Indiana.
- Not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
- This is a Hybrid Role.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting.
- Offer both in-person and telemedicine care.
- Manage caseload with full autonomy.
- Create own schedule.
