The Child Advocacy Center (CAC) Director provides strategic, operational, financial, and programmatic leadership for Aviva Health’s Child Advocacy Center. The Director is responsible for ensuring the delivery of trauma-informed, child-centered, multidisciplinary services for children and families impacted by abuse, neglect, exploitation, violence, and other adverse experiences. The Director leads the development and operation of a nationally accredited Child Advocacy Center and serves as the primary liaison between Aviva Health and community partners including law enforcement, child welfare, medical providers, mental health providers, prosecutors, victim advocates, schools, and community organizations. This position oversees all CAC staff, programs, grants, accreditation activities, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary team (MDT) coordination while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
