About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking compassionate LCSWs to provide therapy services for children and adolescents. This full-time, 100% remote position allows you to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, expanding access to high-quality, comprehensive care through one of our Pennsylvania partners. As part of our team, you’ll work alongside experts in psychiatry and psychology, all with the robust administrative support you need to focus on what matters most—your patients. The role involves outpatient therapy in Pennsylvania, with a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, including some evening hours. The patient population is children and adolescents aged 3-19.

Requirements

  • Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience working with children and adolescents post-independent licensure.
  • 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours.
  • Experience & willingness to treat patients ages 3+ required.
  • Successful completion of the ASWB examination for independent clinical licensure.
  • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles.
  • Ability to integrate relevant skills (e.g., mindfulness, distress tolerance, values-based activation) into treatment when appropriate.
  • Experience working in an integrated care setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy services for children and adolescents.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including experts in psychiatry and psychology.
  • Treat patients with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Trauma, and Disruptive Behavior Disorders.
  • Diagnose ADHD across developmental stages, utilizing standardized assessment tools and collateral gathering.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral treatments for ADHD, including parent management training, organizational skills training, and time-management interventions.
  • Coach caregivers and coordinate care with schools and prescribing providers.
  • Complete suicide risk assessments and safety plans.
