You will participate in the leadership of the program by participating and communicating with Program staff and members served. You participate in the leadership of the program by ensuring superior quality medical practices that meet and exceed licensure requirements, payer standards and client and community needs. Psychiatrist - Per-Diem coverage, 7-days/week availability 8am-5pm (Typically, 30-days advanced notice of schedule) Hybrid schedule, weekend coverage onsite preferred Expected Independent Contractor wage range $183 - $229 / Hour (Does not include malpractice insurance) Expected starting Employee wage range $141- $176 / Hour (Includes malpractice insurance) Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Independent Contractors are not eligible for company benefits and must provide their own malpractice insurance. Willow Rock is a 16-bed Psychiatric Health Facility in Alameda County for adolescents 12-17 years old who are experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms. Requirements

  • A medical degree from a medical school accredited by the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association and successful completion of residency training program in psychiatry
  • Active DEA in good standing
