About The Position

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their team at Centennial Parthenon Pavilion Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. This position offers a flexible practice model, allowing for either an all-outpatient schedule or a blend of inpatient/outpatient responsibilities. The role involves practicing in a respected behavioral health setting with opportunities for academic and leadership growth, including involvement in Graduate Medical Education (GME) and potential for a future Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship program. The psychiatrist will collaborate with fellows, residents, and midlevel providers, mentor trainees, and contribute to shaping psychiatric education. A supportive administrative and clinical leadership team is in place.

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry preferred/eligible
Tennessee license or ability to obtain licensure
Strong interest in collaborative care and academic psychiatry
Experience or strong interest in addiction treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Strong leadership and teaching skills, with a collaborative approach to care

Nice To Haves

Previous experience supervising mid-level providers is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for child/adolescent patients
Deliver care in outpatient and/or inpatient settings based on selected practice model
Supervise and collaborate with APPs/midlevel providers
Participate in resident and fellow education through teaching and mentorship
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Participate in scheduled call rotation
