About The Position

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a dedicated Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our behavioral health team in Atlanta. This full-time opportunity focuses on inpatient and residential psychiatric care for children and adolescents ages 6–17 in a supportive and collaborative treatment environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in treating a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions including trauma-related disorders, autism spectrum disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and general child and adolescent psychiatric conditions.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active or eligible for Georgia medical license
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Passion for collaborative and patient-centered psychiatric care

Nice To Haves

• Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and residential child/adolescent psychiatry care.
• Treat a diverse clinical caseload including trauma and PTSD, autism spectrum disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD and behavioral disorders, and general child & adolescent psychiatry conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team including therapists, nursing staff, social workers, and behavioral health professionals.
• Participate in a call schedule of one night per week and one weekend per month.
• Contribute to providing compassionate, high-quality psychiatric care for children and adolescents.
