About The Position

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Full-Time Child/Adolescent Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join their clinical OP Team in Nashville, Tennessee. Requirements

Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with Child/Adolescent psychiatric experience (or strong mental health background).
Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee.
TN DEA required or the ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide medication management while monitoring patient progress and adjusting care as needed.
Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies to support lasting outcomes.
