About The Position

Prairie St. John’s is seeking an outpatient child/adolescent mental health therapist to work with kids in our PHP level of care (partial hospitalization program). This position is Monday through Friday during regular business hours at our child and adolescent outpatient PHP program. The individual in this role will provide therapy in a group setting.

Requirements

• ND Licensure as an LPCC, LPC, LAPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, and LAMFT is required.

Responsibilities

• Completing psychosocial assessments for each individual on your caseload
• Completing individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Completing all documentation thoroughly and in a timely manner
• Abide by all applicable board ethics and Prairie St. John’s policies

Benefits
