About The Position

Revelations Counseling & Wellness is hiring a part-time licensed child and adolescent counselor (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to provide customized outpatient therapy for children and adolescents. The counselor will support clients’ healing and resilience through personalized care and work with a multidisciplinary team to address mental, physical, and emotional wellness. The role requires at least 15 sessions per week and on-location work at the practice’s Wexford, Pennsylvania office, with availability after school and during evening hours.

Requirements

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health field.
At least 3 years of counseling experience.
Independent Pennsylvania license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Act 33/34 clearances and FBI clearances.
Passion for working with children and adolescents.
Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
Strong time-management skills and ability to complete case notes and documentation efficiently and accurately.
Empathetic and nurturing approach, with the ability to encourage clients to persevere and achieve their goals.
Self-awareness and mental stability.
Ability to work in the office and manage a caseload of at least 15 sessions per week.
Availability to work after-school and evening hours.

Responsibilities

Provide customized outpatient therapy to children and adolescents, with a minimum caseload of 15 sessions per week.
Develop and implement crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
Participate in case consultations and discharge planning to identify opportunities to improve client care.
Complete session notes, documentation, and treatment plans promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, personal trainers, and fellow counselors to provide integrated mental health and wellness care.
