The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will own the end-to-end technical direction for Growth Signals. This includes application architecture, APIs, infrastructure, integrations, data platforms, and AI systems. The CTO will define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with enterprise customer requirements, security expectations, and company growth objectives. This role involves leading engineering and product organizations with clear ownership and accountability, and establishing a disciplined engineering operating model covering planning, execution, testing, release management, and post-deployment support. Key responsibilities include making architectural decisions for scalability, reliability, and maintainability in distributed systems and multi-tenant SaaS environments, driving platform reliability and operational excellence, and owning secure development standards and practices. The CTO will also lead enterprise security and compliance efforts, partner closely with Product on technical feasibility and tradeoffs, provide executive-level technical leadership during complex enterprise deployments, guide AI and automation initiatives, establish strong technical documentation, and serve as the executive technical authority for Growth Signals.
