About The Position

As the Chief Technology Officer at TERRA SUPREME BATTERY LLC, you will be responsible for leading all technical, engineering, and product development functions within the organization. Your primary focus will be on the design, optimization, and commercialization of Group 31 lead-acid batteries. You will drive innovation, enhance manufacturing efficiency, ensure product quality, and maintain regulatory compliance, positioning the company as a leader in the battery manufacturing industry.

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years in battery manufacturing or a related industry
  • Strong experience with lead-acid battery design and production
  • Proven experience with Group 31 or similar automotive/industrial batteries
  • Exceptional leadership skills to guide technical, engineering, and product development functions
  • Expertise in the design, optimization, and commercialization of lead-acid batteries
  • Ability to drive innovation, enhance manufacturing efficiency, and ensure product quality
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in battery manufacturing
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical strategy and execution for the design and development of Group 31 lead-acid batteries.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high product quality standards.
  • Drive innovation in battery technology and product development to meet evolving industry demands and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and processes into existing production lines.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to battery manufacturing and safety.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering and product development teams.
  • Represent the company in technical discussions with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company at the forefront of battery technology.
  • Develop and manage budgets for technical projects and initiatives.
