About The Position

Pragma Edge is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and integrate its Global Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This role is responsible for driving revenue across four business lines: software products, professional services, managed services, and SaaS. The CRO will report directly to the CEO and will be accountable for the overall revenue number and the commercial organization. A key initial focus will be to unify the separate sales, marketing, and customer success functions into a single, cohesive system with shared definitions and reliable forecasting. Additionally, the CRO will be responsible for making Pragma Edge's integration technology understandable to enterprise buyers as a business outcome. This is an operational role that requires both strategic selling and hands-on management.

  • Ability to hold credible technical conversations with CIOs.
  • Skill in translating integration and automation capabilities into financial and operational benefits (cost avoidance, risk reduction, cycle time reduction) for Fortune 1000 C-suites.
  • Experience building and mentoring teams, raising the performance ceiling for team members, and strengthening company culture while growing revenue.
  • Direct and transparent communication with the board, especially regarding bad news.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, management information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
