Requirements

  • proven background in retail banking, deposit operations, business development, and sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, customer relationship management, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive business results
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, along with a commitment to community engagement
  • Technical level of knowledge normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in banking operations in a federally regulated financial institution, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
