About The Position
The Chief Product Security Leader (Sr. Director, Product Cyber Security) is a technical business driven leader responsible for a comprehensive, industry-leading Product Cyber Security team focused on protecting the Honeywell Connected (HCE) business. This leader will provide hands-on cloud experience and strategic thought leadership to the HCE development community, focusing on the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), advanced cyber-threats, customer requirements, and business-driven values. The role demands deep knowledge of cloud and AI-focused security assurance activities within an SSDLC, experience applying this knowledge across various software delivery methodologies, and proven expertise in leading a team of security architects, testers, and researchers. This individual will collaborate closely with engineering teams as they develop products and services for Honeywell’s customers. Honeywell is a global company that provides solutions in automation, the future of aviation, and energy transition through its Aerospace Technologies, Building Automation, Energy and Sustainability Solutions, and Industrial Automation business segments, powered by Honeywell Forge software.
Requirements
- Technical business-driven leadership experience.
- Hands-on cloud experience.

- Deep knowledge of cloud & AI focused security assurance activities in a Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
- History of applying security assurance information across a variety of software delivery methodologies.
- Proven expertise in leading a team of security architects, testers, and researchers.
