Here, you will make an impact by: How you will make an impact Establishing and operationalizing comprehensive measurement of development team performance against internal and external milestones Automating tracking and report-out of project status across many development teams Working hand-in-hand with Visit Integrity Platform and R&D leadership to align product operations metrics and dashboards across AI/ML/Data Science, Application Development, and BI & Analytics. Lead the VIP customer analytics strategy, aligning the analytics needs of each business area, including user productivity, feature adoption, utilization, and customer ROI (both portfolio-wide and customer-specific) Acting as the central orchestrator between business Product Owners and BI & Analytics teams to ensure high-quality business cases, clearly defined requirements, and timely delivery of analytics aligned to business priorities
