Requirements

  • PharmD or BS Pharmacy from an ACPE accredited school
  • Current North Carolina Board of Pharmacy License
  • License is free of restrictions or exclusions to allow billing to Medicare and Medicaid
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in a pharmacy setting, required
  • Minimum of 3 years in leadership or management role
  • Experience with the 340b drug pricing program, required

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish and/or Russian is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year managing a 340b drug pricing program, preferred
  • Familiarity with role of FQHCs in the community

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing organizational leadership.
  • Leads the pharmacy's clinical and operational direction across multiple health centers.
  • Ensure 100% compliance and optimization of our 340B drug pricing program.
  • Partner with Medical, Behavioral Health, Clinical Pharmacy Practitioners, and Dental providers to provide "whole-person" treatment.
  • Manages the Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP) service line and Patient Pharmacy Benefits (PPB) service line to support chronic disease management and ensure medication access for all, regardless of insurance.
