About The Position

This role offers a strategic leadership opportunity to shape and drive people operations across a fast-growing, innovative organization. As Chief People Officer, you will oversee all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, and organizational design. You will partner with executive leadership to align workforce strategies with business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure operational excellence during periods of growth and transformation. This position requires a balance of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and the ability to influence and inspire teams across multiple geographies. You will play a key role in building scalable people programs, advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives, and supporting the professional growth of employees at all levels. Occasional travel may be required to support leadership and team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–8+ years of leadership experience in People Operations, with at least 3 years in a senior executive role.
  • Proven track record of scaling people strategies in high-growth or transformative organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in global talent expansion and managing cross-cultural teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster inclusion, engagement, and a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive people strategies aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and leadership development.
  • Oversee global recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives, ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture that promotes engagement, recognition, and collaboration.
  • Lead learning and development programs, upskilling initiatives, and career progression frameworks to support employee growth.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and reward programs, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and HR policies across multiple regions.
  • Drive organizational design, performance management, and change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
