About The Position

Quality Moments Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to serve as a key executive leader and strategic partner to the CEO and Board. This role provides organization-wide leadership for people strategy, culture, compliance oversight, and workforce development in a growing, mission-driven behavioral health organization. The CPO ensures that Quality Moments’ people practices align with our values, CARF standards, and commitment to trauma-informed care.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Strong executive presence and employment law expertise
  • Strategic, people-centered, and values-driven leadership style

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or social services preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead people strategy, culture, and leadership development
  • Provide executive oversight of HR compliance and risk
  • Support CARF accreditation and regulatory readiness
  • Oversee talent strategy, performance management, and engagement
  • Lead and develop the HR leadership team
  • Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership on workforce planning
