Requirements

Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of business operations, execution, and P&L performance for the assigned business unit.
- Drive operational efficiency by improving processes, workflows, and service delivery standards.
- Lead and manage large cross-functional teams while fostering accountability and high performance.
- Build scalable systems, optimize operational frameworks, and implement process improvements.
- Analyze business performance metrics, identify gaps, and use data-driven insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams to align execution with long-term strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance, quality standards, and operational consistency across all business functions.
- Oversee customer experience and ensure smooth execution across the complete client lifecycle.
- Manage reporting, forecasting, and operational planning to support sustainable business growth.
- Mentor team leaders and strengthen organizational capability through structured performance management.
