About The Position

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at TERRA SUPREME BATTERY LLC will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain. The COO will drive throughput, efficiency, and yield improvements across all processes, establishing KPIs and accountability systems across departments within a lead-acid manufacturing environment. This role is crucial in scaling operations in a startup or high-growth environment, ensuring the company meets its strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing leadership roles, such as Director, VP, or COO level.
• Strong background in battery, metals, chemical, or heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Proven experience in scaling operations in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience leading teams through rapid change and transformation.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to drive operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills to establish KPIs and accountability systems across departments.
• Ability to lead and optimize plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
• Demonstrated ability to drive throughput, efficiency, and yield improvements across all processes.
