About The Position

Joining Longitude Rx means stepping into an exciting chapter with an early-stage company that’s boldly reshaping the future of specialty pharmacy. We are building innovative solutions that empower health systems, reduce barriers to care, and improve the lives of patients. As part of our mission-driven team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact, helping reimagine how specialty pharmacy serves providers and patients. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the Longitude Rx executive leadership team responsible for translating the company’s vision into scalable operations that drive revenue, margin, and partner outcomes. This role owns the operational engine of the business, ensuring Longitude Rx delivers consistently across customer success, service delivery, and revenue-generating operational initiatives while building the infrastructure needed to scale. This leader is accountable for driving operational contributions to revenue growth and EBITDA, with a focus on delivering high-impact services that support both revenue expansion and margin improvement. The COO will ensure execution against client-level revenue and performance targets, partner closely with Finance on forecasting accuracy and cost discipline, and design repeatable, scalable operating models that enable consistent delivery and long-term growth. Core areas of focus include initiatives that strengthen market access, optimize provider and patient engagement, enhance distribution and care delivery models, and unlock value through data-driven insights and advisory services. This role requires an operator with deep experience leading complex healthcare operations at scale. The COO must think strategically while remaining closely connected to execution, serving as the architect of the workflows, operating models, and cross-functional connections that allow Longitude Rx to grow in a disciplined, sustainable manner. The COO will serve as a true extension of the CEO, taking on substantial operational leadership across the business.
