About The Position

The McDonnel Group is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic leadership across our Operations—including Field Operations and Project Management—as well as our Preconstruction and Estimating teams. This executive will drive operational excellence, strengthen collaboration, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will bring extensive commercial construction experience, a proven record of leading high-performing teams and complex projects, and a desire to contribute to the organization's continued growth.
