About The Position
The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking an exceptional executive leader to serve as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role provides executive leadership to strengthen the operational, administrative, and organizational effectiveness of the Archdiocese. Reporting directly to the Archbishop and working closely with the Vicar General, the COO serves as a trusted strategic partner responsible for ensuring that the Archdiocese’s people, resources, and operations effectively support its mission of proclaiming the Gospel and serving the faithful. This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished executive who is passionate about servant leadership, organizational excellence, and building systems that strengthen ministries, parishes, schools, and communities throughout the Archdiocese.
