The Chief Operating Officer, Health Network, Marshfield provides strategic and operational leadership across the Marshfield Clinic market, supporting the region throughout its operations in Wisconsin and Michigan. This role is responsible for driving performance across the Health Network, including accountability for quality and safety, patient experience, employee and clinician experience, financial performance, operational execution, strategy and growth, and adherence to system strategy and performance metrics. Reporting to the President/Chief Executive Officer of the Marshfield Clinic market, the Chief Operating Officer, Health Network, Marshfield partners with physician, nursing, and administrative leaders, including the regional Chief Operating Officer, to ensure high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care while advancing access and sustainability across the network and its communities. The Chief Operating Officer, Health Network, Marshfield participates in and leads projects with an operational focus in the region and enterprise. Responsible for the development of projects, strategies and business ventures for an assigned health network.
