Position Summary: Drive Strategy & Scale Operations The COO will provide day-to-day operational oversight of both clinical and administrative areas, ensuring excellence in patient care, client experience, and compliance. You will provide strong leadership and direction to scale operations while aggressively maintaining the high clinical standards that our patients, clients, and communities require.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years at the executive level (VP or above).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MHA strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the New England healthcare ecosystem, including MassHealth, major integrated delivery networks, and local payer dynamics.
  • Proven track record of implementing EMR, AI optimizations, and data analytics platforms to drive decision-making and efficiency.
  • A "people-first" leadership style with the ability to manage change in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in quantitative analysis and productivity metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, planning capabilities, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Strong communication skills, essential for aligning diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure exemplary patient, client, and service experiences.
  • Partner with the CEO to execute and drive our strategic growth plan, focusing on service line expansion and market penetration across New England.
  • Oversee P&L for operations, spearheading cost-containment and revenue enhancement strategies aligned with financial objectives.
  • Drive the adoption and integration of "agentic AI and conversational intelligence" and other digital tools to optimize workflows and patient experience.
  • Continually enforce strict adherence to MA Department of Public Health (DPH), CMS, and relevant accreditation requirements.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the management team, client partners and payors.
