About The Position

The Chief of Staff will be a strategic partner to the Chief Media and Ads Officer and the broader Ads & Media leadership team. This leader will translate strategy into action, connect work across the organization, and ensure the highest-priority efforts move with clarity, speed, and accountability. The role will help shape executive and board-level narratives, lead the group’s operating rhythms and priorities, and accelerate the practical use of AI across Ads & Media. They will also serve as a trusted connector and advisor, bringing forward insights, risks, and opportunities that may not otherwise surface.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of experience in strategy, operations, transformation, consulting, media, advertising, technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in retail media, advertising, media, digital product, or a technology-enabled business.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior executives without direct authority.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complexity into clear narratives, decisions, and actions.
  • Strong business judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive organizational matters with integrity.
  • Experience using data and technology to improve business performance and operating effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic priorities from definition through execution, connecting workstreams, clarifying decisions, and tracking outcomes across Ads & Media.
  • Lead preparation for Board, ELT, market-facing, partner, and other high-stakes meetings, including narratives, materials, briefings, decisions, and follow-through.
  • Own leadership rhythms and routines, including agendas, operating reviews, planning cycles, decision forums, action tracking, and communication across the organization.
  • Accelerate AI priorities & adoption across Ads & Media by identifying high-value use cases, mobilizing cross-functional work, removing barriers, and measuring business impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and connector to the Chief Media and Ads Officer, acting as eyes and ears across the organization and surfacing themes, risks, and opportunities with sound judgment.
  • Strengthen leadership-team effectiveness by improving information flow, clarifying ownership, resolving cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring decisions translate into action.
