Chief of Staff

Metamorphic•Palo Alto, CA

About The Position

Metamorphic is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with its founders on the company’s highest-priority work. The role is designed to multiply the founders’ leverage by driving strategic projects, resolving urgent cross-functional issues, and running the company’s operating engine. It is a high-autonomy, high-ownership position for an exceptional generalist who can move between strategy and execution and work closely with the leadership team. The Chief of Staff will support the founders with hiring, fundraising, board materials, tracking and reporting, and strategic initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to grow into a broader leadership position and to help build a company working at the frontier of AI research and neuroscience. The position spans strategy and special projects; fundraising, board work, and communications; and business operations across finance, legal, compliance, and people. The Chief of Staff will partner with company leaders and external advisors, turn decisions into execution, create clear reporting on company priorities, and help ensure that operational processes support the research. Metamorphic offers competitive compensation and benefits, equity, visa sponsorship, mentorship, and career development.
