About The Position

This role is for a Superstar Chief of Staff (Outcomes-Driven) who is full-time and remote. The primary focus is on time recovery, transforming chaos into order by documenting tribal knowledge into SOPs, and providing strategic support by managing OKR plans and org charts. The ideal candidate is a zero-fluff communicator, a technical auditor who can configure tools like Zoho, Google Workspace, and Slack, and a proactive gatekeeper who anticipates issues. Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail are crucial. The role involves working with colleagues across departments and upholding company values of empathy, service, and integrity.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in executive assistance and administrative roles, ideally in a process-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain complex processes professionally.
  • High accuracy when reviewing procedures and documentation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and prioritizing critical tasks.
  • Proficiency in using internal tools, including Admin Panel, Zoho Voice, Google Sheets, and task management systems.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and take initiative to resolve them quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work well with colleagues across departments and take on support roles as needed.
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently and contribute to improving processes.
  • Alignment with company values of empathy, service, and integrity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience configuring tools like Zoho, Google Workspace, and Slack.

Responsibilities

  • Reduce administrative burden by 50% within 30 days through ruthless prioritization and autonomous problem-solving.
  • Identify areas for pre-processing or follow-up to assist the entrepreneur.
  • Convert tribal knowledge into documented, executable SOPs.
  • Manage the company's weekly, 6-month, and 2-year OKR plans and org chart.
  • Ensure no deadlines or human resource gaps occur.
  • Discover and address additional responsibilities as they arise.
