About The Position
Stellios Technologies is building advanced high power microwave and energy systems for defense, aerospace, and energy. We are hiring an exceptional Chief of Staff to work directly with the founder and support every area of operations. Take operational tasks off the founder's plate. Deliver results.
Requirements
- Extreme ownership and attention to detail.
- AI native, your first instinct is to use AI to find the answer and move.
- Experience supporting technical founders and ambition to become a founder yourself.
- Passionate about space, defense, propulsion, and American progress.
- Extremely sharp, high agency, and comfortable personally executing both strategic projects and mundane tasks.
- Ability to create exceptional documents, find facilities, support equipment purchases, and coordinate external legal, accounting, recruiting, HR, web, and PR teams.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Southern California or Austin, can start working remotely.
- Requires access to U.S. export controlled information. Candidates must qualify as a U.S. person under applicable export control laws, including U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees.

Responsibilities
- Recruiting and talent pipeline, working with the founder and recruiters
- Legal and compliance workflows, working with Stellios counsel
- Facilities, vendors, procurement, and special projects
- Founder inbox, scheduling, and follow ups
- Website, media, and communications, working with external teams
