This role supports a private principal whose work sits at the intersection of creative practice, social impact, and experimental project development. The principal convenes collaborators across disciplines (artists, technologists, advisors, and builders) to explore ideas that range from intimate inquiries to ambitious ventures designed to shape more beautiful futures. What began as a hybrid of a family office and creative studio has evolved into a dynamic ecosystem of projects and resources in service of this vision. This ecosystem is both creative and operational, fluid and complex. The Chief of Staff plays a central role in making it coherent, functional, and forward-moving, serving as the principal's right-hand partner. The principal works at a measured, non-linear pace and values the process as much as the outcome. This requires a Chief of Staff who can move fluidly between intensity and stillness, bringing both structure and softness to the role. Some projects are audacious and expansive; others are intimate and nearly invisible. Together, they form a landscape that is dynamic, unconventional, and deeply personal. Success in this role means becoming a trusted extension of the principal's thinking and decision-making, ensuring the ecosystem operates with clarity, structure, and accountability, significantly reducing personal and operational noise, consistently moving projects forward without constant input, and establishing systems that create order, visibility, and continuity.
