The firm has dedicated leaders in finance, legal, compliance, IR, marketing, talent, and technology. The Chief of Staff multiplies the Managing Partner’s personal capacity: their network, their preparation, their voice, and their ability to coordinate across a growing organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience at a top consulting firm, or previous Chief of Staff experience supporting a CEO or Managing Partner within a fast-paced startup or investment management organization
  • Undergraduate STEM degree, ideally in computer science or engineering
  • AI-first in both mindset and workflow; daily user of tools like ChatGPT or Claude
  • Uses AI to optimize processes, draft content, build automations, and prototype solutions, and proactively brings new AI tools and capabilities into the organization
  • Exceptional analytical and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured, entrepreneurial environment with incomplete data
  • Strong relationship management, collaboration, and influencing skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintains a dynamic map of the Managing Partner’s network – tracks key relationships, priorities, and next steps
  • Identifies and facilitates high-value introductions, while also assisting in expanding and strengthening the network through deliberate planning
  • Owns all external content and channels (LinkedIn, blog, podcast, video)
  • Produces end-to-end content in the Managing Partner’s voice from ideation and writing to production and distribution
  • Serves as the Managing Partner’s central coordination layer, flagging where leadership input is needed and ensures timely decisions
  • Coordinates across legal, compliance, IR, and finance, ensuring alignment and timely execution
  • Owns preparation for key meetings (LPs, boards, events, internal strategy)
  • Synthesizes inputs into clear, decision-ready materials, including briefs, decks, and narratives that simplify complexity
  • Supports select portfolio companies post-board meeting by driving execution across GTM, AI, KPIs, hiring, and fundraising
  • Translates strategy into actionable plans and tracks follow-through
