We’re seeking a strategic, systems-oriented, and trusted operator to serve as Coforma’s Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff (CoS) at Coforma is a high-trust, strategic operations executive who partners directly with the CEO and collaborates with members of the Executive and Leadership teams to drive clarity, accountability, and operational momentum. You will enable the CEO to operate at their highest strategic level while ensuring the organization executes effectively and evolves toward scalable, repeatable success. The CoS will serve as Coforma’s Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Integrator, responsible for embedding and sustaining the EOS across the organization. This includes owning the execution cadence, leading Level 10 meetings, managing Rocks and Scorecards, and harmonizing departmental execution. As Integrator, you will ensure that the strategic vision translates into day-to-day actions. The CoS integrates Coforma’s delivery, design, technology, and operations teams—translating strategic priorities into focused execution and serving as a central hub, managing enterprise rhythm, supporting internal communications, and overseeing cross-functional coordination. You are a key contributor to decision-making infrastructure, performance measurement, leadership enablement, and culture stewardship.
