About The Position
Moneycorp is entering one of the most significant periods in its history - transforming its operating model, sharpening how it works, and accelerating growth across its global business. This role will work directly with the Group CEO to help drive this transformation. The individual will sit at the center of the organization, with a front-row seat to consequential decisions, and the chance to actively shape outcomes.
Requirements
- A top-tier MBA graduate with 5-7+ years' post-MBA experience
- Background in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or high-growth/PE-backed operating environments
- Exceptional judgement, analytical rigor and a genuine bias for action
- Intellectual curiosity, low ego and a hunger to build a serious leadership career
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution
- Lead cross-functional programs spanning multiple business units and geographies
- Structure critical decisions for executive and Board discussion
- Act as a trusted thought partner to the CEO on strategic, operational and people matters
- Get exposure to M&A activity, governance, regulatory initiatives and Board-level priorities
