The Chief of Staff will plan and direct all administrative and operational activities for the organization's Commissioner/CEO. The Chief of staff will work with the Commissioner/CEO to define and execute the agency's strategic vision, goals, and priorities. Acts as a point of contact between top management and employees or other stakeholders. Provide oversight and guidance to high-priority or cross-functional projects. Demonstrate expertise in national, state, and local trends in housing, community development, and economic policy, and other relevant agency functions. This position is with HCR's Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC). This is not a civil service position and does not require a civil service exam.
