About The Position

This role is for one of Weekday's clients. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for significantly reducing the administrative workload of a principal, transforming existing tribal knowledge into well-documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and strategically managing the company's OKR plans and organizational chart. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented, transparent, and proactive individual with strong communication and technical optimization skills, capable of anticipating challenges and taking initiative.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in executive assistance or administrative roles, preferably within a process-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills, capable of professionally explaining complex processes.
  • Consistently maintain accuracy when reviewing procedures and documentation.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines reliably.
  • Confident use of internal tools such as Admin Panel, Zoho Voice, Google Sheets, and task management systems.
  • Identify potential issues early and take swift, effective action to resolve them.
  • Work effectively alongside colleagues across departments and willingly assume support responsibilities as needed.
  • Take ownership of tasks independently and seek opportunities to improve processes continuously.
  • Demonstrate empathy, service orientation, and integrity in all interactions with colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Reduce administrative workload by 50% within 30 days through decisive prioritization and independent problem-solving, identifying areas for support such as preprocessing or follow-up activities.
  • Transform tribal knowledge into well-documented, actionable SOPs.
  • Manage the company’s weekly, 6-month, and 2-year OKR plans as well as the organizational chart, ensuring all deadlines are met and no staffing gaps occur.
