Chief of Staff

HexiumAustin, TX
Hybrid

About The Position

Hexium is rebuilding America's isotope enrichment capability by modernizing Atomic Vapor Laser Isotope Separation (AVLIS) into a scalable industrial enrichment platform. As our technology matures, we're building industrial capability, navigating a complex regulatory landscape, raising capital, and establishing the operational foundation needed to commercialize a new generation of enrichment technology. The Chief of Staff is the CEO's trusted thought partner and execution lead, helping transform the company's highest-priority objectives into coordinated action across the organization. Working closely with the CEO, you'll help prepare for and support engagements with investors, federal agencies, national laboratories, strategic partners, and the Board of Directors while ensuring key decisions, commitments, and initiatives continue moving forward. This is not an administrative support role. It is a high-impact leadership position that requires exceptional judgment, executive presence, and the ability to move seamlessly between external engagement and hands-on execution. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, prepare briefing materials and analyses, structure decision-making, identify organizational bottlenecks, and build the operating rhythms that enable the company to scale effectively.
