About The Position

NewForm is a performance marketing agency that oversees ~$100M/yr in spend for tech and mobile brands. We help category disruptors (Betr, ElevenLabs, Binance, and others) scale paid social with a short-form, content-led approach. We have an in-house content team creating thousands of human ads a month, all in service of driving efficient, measurable growth for our clients. We're a fast-moving, high-output team and we're looking for a Chief of Staff to help keep the engine running smoothly as we scale. As Chief of Staff, you'll sit at the center of the business - working directly with our CEO to make sure the right things get done, the right people get hired, and the culture stays sharp. This is a highly cross-functional role that touches recruiting, operations, exec support, and internal culture. You're not just an executor - you're a force multiplier for the leadership team and a connector of dots across the company. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment - agency, startup, or similar
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality - you spot what needs doing before being asked
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping balls
  • Discretion and good judgment when handling sensitive information

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with recruiting coordination or HR operations
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process - sourcing, coordinating, and managing candidate pipelines
  • Partner with hiring managers to write job posts, screen candidates, and drive decisions
  • Build and maintain a network of strong candidates for ongoing and future needs
  • Identify and close operational gaps across the business - from workflows to tools to team communication
  • Manage internal projects and company-wide initiatives from kickoff to completion
  • Maintain systems that keep the team organized and moving efficiently
  • Prepare briefings, recaps, and materials for internal and external meetings
  • Serve as a proxy for the leadership team on ad hoc tasks and cross-team coordination
  • Own the planning and execution of team events, offsites, and internal programs
  • Help shape and reinforce a high-performance, people-first culture as the company grows
  • Be a trusted resource for the team - someone people feel comfortable coming to
