  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think like an owner and identify opportunities and problems proactively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to turn complex or unclear thinking into clear writing, sharp decks, and decision-ready materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and persistence in driving projects to completion without being managed.
  • Ability to thrive in high-intensity, fast-paced environments, with low ego, high ownership, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and advertising and enthusiasm for learning all aspects of building a company.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting fundraising processes end to end.
  • A network in the venture capital and startup ecosystem, including founders, investors, and operators.
  • Deep familiarity with startup metrics, SaaS business models, and venture financing.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO on priorities, decisions, and company building.
  • Drive the operating cadence, including OKR planning, quarterly reviews, board materials, and all-hands.
  • Support fundraising end to end, including pitch materials, data room preparation, investor outreach, and diligence.
  • Own the monthly investor update by gathering company-wide inputs and turning them into a clear, honest narrative.
  • Take ownership of high-priority, ambiguous strategic projects, such as partnerships, market entry, or internal issues, through resolution or handoff.
  • Source, evaluate, and drive strategic partnerships that accelerate growth.
  • Own team-building activities, including offsites, events, and team rituals.
  • Take on work of varying scope and importance when it matters to the company.
