The Chief of Staff for Enterprise Services Group is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, managing project workflows, and ensuring timely execution of key deliverables across the group. This role supports the Vice Presidents by facilitating efficient team meetings and status calls both internal and external with clients, tracks and reports progress on team deliverables, monitors service line team capacity, allocation and WIN reporting and supports implementation of tools and processes that continually improve team efficiency and accountability. While this position does not have direct reports, this role will partner extensively with internal team members and clients, across and at all levels of the organization, to accomplish individual and business unit objectives. Role and Responsibilities: Deliver project management oversight on client projects and strategic ESG initiatives including RAID logs and status reporting. Guide the setup of client projects or templates (as needed), establish service line dashboards for wholistic tracking and team assignments, and flagging potential issues for leadership resolution. Serve as an internal Smartsheet resource to service line leaders and employees, coordinate with Smartsheet COE to ensure continuous improvement and efficient tool use and provide education to ESG leaders and employees to drive increased Smartsheet adoption and capability. Coordinate and facilitate regular ESG leadership status calls using EOS-style formats; track quarterly objectives (Big Rocks), monitor progress and follow up on action items and ensure accountability. Lead MAS/PS resource management including but not limited to monitor employee utilization, assist leaders with team re/allocations to maintain balanced and efficient use of resources across both service lines, maintain the WIN (what's important now) report. Coordinates all activities for our business consultants and technical team members Ensures project successfully closes within scope, budget and timeline Identifies, elevates and mitigates risk successfully Seek out opportunities for creating efficiencies and other enhancements to the established project management approach Ensure all projects are properly managed from a resource, scope, and financial perspective Establish and maintain working relationship with customer counterparts
