The Role: Arine is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as a trusted advisor, strategic operator, and force multiplier to the executive team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the entire organization: helping translate vision into execution, align leadership priorities, and ensure that the company’s strategic and operational engines run effectively. You will work closely with the CEO, senior leadership team, and Board of Directors on strategic planning, business operations, and special projects. The ideal candidate will be both a systems thinker and a doer – able to seamlessly move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. Requirements

  • 5 - 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff-type roles in a high-growth company (healthcare experience preferred but not required)
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, from problem definition to execution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience crafting materials for senior leadership and board audiences
  • Strong analytical and business acumen; ability to translate data and insights into strategic recommendations
  • High EQ and interpersonal skill – comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and facilitating alignment across functions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States
  • All staff at Arine are expected to be part of its Information Security Management Program and undergo periodic training on Information Security Awareness and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Each user is responsible to maintain a secure working environment and follow all policies and procedures.
  • Upon hire, each person is assigned and must complete trainings before access is granted for their specific role within Arine.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Operations & Executive Enablement Partner directly with the CEO to drive the company’s strategic planning, goal-setting process, and operating rhythm
  • Act as a thought partner in translating vision into clear, actionable goals across departments
  • Support the CEO in prioritization, communications, and time allocation to ensure focus on the most critical initiatives
  • Leadership Team Coordination Own the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) operating cadence: planning and facilitating meetings, tracking decisions, and ensuring alignment on priorities
  • Create and maintain scalable systems that improve visibility, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Drive follow-through on commitments and key actions from leadership meetings
  • Board and Investor Management Lead preparation for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic communications
  • Coordinate cross-functional input to ensure materials are data-driven, insightful, and aligned with Arine’s long-term goals
  • Manage board follow-ups, ensuring accountability for post-meeting action items
  • Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives Own high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that don’t neatly fit within existing departments
  • Build business cases and conduct strategic analyses to inform executive decision-making
  • Culture and Communication Serve as a steward of Arine’s culture, helping maintain transparency, alignment, and connection across teams
  • Help drive engagement and clarity during periods of growth and change
