Beam is on a mission to shift $10B from brands to high-impact nonprofits by creating what loyalty would look like if it were designed for today’s customers. This is a unique opportunity to have a massive individual impact: our products have rapidly scaled to millions of users, driving tremendous resources to nonprofits and inspiring more people to start making a bigger impact every day. The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier for the CEO and executive team, helping to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across the company - enabling Beam to scale rapidly without losing focus or mission alignment. This is a highly strategic and execution-heavy role. You’ll be at the center of decision-making and operations, including, but not limited to: Working closely with the CEO and leadership team to define company OKRs, identify highest-leverage priorities, and ensure the company stays on track to meet them. Serving as a central point of coordination across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to keep teams aligned, accountable, and communicating effectively. Supporting the CEO in decision-making, communication, and follow-through on key initiatives. Prepping for board meetings, investor updates, and executive communications. Owning special projects that don’t sit neatly within one department but are critical to Beam’s growth. Helping build and reinforce strong communication norms, operating cadences, and a mission-driven culture across the team.
