This position is exempt from the provisions of the Civil Service and Human Capital Modernization Act, located in Oklahoma City, OK. Position Summary The Chief of Staff is a high-level executive who serves as a key advisor to the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA). This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of external-facing operations, overseeing strategic initiatives, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different departments to achieve goals related to external outreach. The Chief of Staff plays a crucial role in decision-making, policy development and implementation, and acts as a liaison between the executive team and the external stakeholders. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who doesn’t let details slip through the cracks and is capable of working independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
