About The Position
The Chief of Staff for the Vice President supports the Student Senate's operations and assists the Vice President in managing legislative priorities, committees, and senator development. This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Requirements
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Must be a UND student
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
Responsibilities
- Assist with Senate agendas and communications
- Track legislation and senate initiatives
- Coordinate with committee chairs and senators
- Support senator training and development
- Monitor senate goals and progress
