Chief of Staff to the CEO

Charta HealthSan Francisco, CA
$140,000 - $200,000Onsite

About The Position

About Charta Health In an industry where the focus should rightly be on delivering quality care to patients, healthcare providers remain burdened by the complexities of non-clinical operations. Charta is changing that. We're building the operating system for modern healthcare organizations. Our AI platform streamlines critical workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions, helping providers and payers operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care. Backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Charta is on a mission to make every healthcare dollar accountable and every chart accurate, reimagining healthcare infrastructure from the ground up. About the Opportunity At Charta, we prioritize results over the methods used to achieve them. As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will be a high-leverage partner, acting as a strategic advisor and operational force multiplier. You will sit at the intersection of leadership, product execution, and business strategy, helping the CEO evaluate new clinical specialties, navigate complex integrations, and scale the company’s reach. This is a role designed for a "killer operator"—someone who can manage the CEO’s most precious resource (time) in the morning and lead a market-sizing strategy session in the afternoon. You will own mission-critical projects end-to-end, from identifying ambiguous problems to implementing scalable solutions, while ensuring the office of the CEO runs with surgical precision.
