Nscale is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to act as a strategic and execution-focused partner, driving the company's most critical revenue priorities. This role involves close collaboration with the CRO and operates across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Marketing. The Chief of Staff will manage the business by providing structure to planning, forecasting, operating cadences, and cross-functional execution, while also serving as a trusted advisor on strategic decisions. This role is designed to be a force multiplier for the revenue organization, enhancing focus, alignment, and operational excellence to accelerate growth, improve predictability, and build scalable processes for expansion.
